Kelly Niermeier received her BS in Nursing from Old Dominion University, and her BS in Psychology from Towson University. She obtained her MasterÕs of Science in Nursing from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Additionally, she is a Registered Nurse certified by the National Certification Board in low risk neonatal nursing. She has worked as an adjunct faculty member for George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College.
Interests & Activities
Kelly and her husband have two daughters and a son. She enjoys hiking with her dog, watching the Baltimore Orioles play baseball, going to plays, and reading mysteries. The beach is her favorite place where she enjoys eating seafood, and spending time in the sun with family.
Kelly's career has been dedicated to helping infants and children achieve optimal health in the hospital and community settings. She looks forward to working in primary care, and building relationships with the children and families of FPA.
